PATENT PENDING
The tool does not require you to cut or alter needles in any way, crafted to lock your needle firmly into place for better grip while poking. Made with sealed bamboo, the tool is environmentally friendly while still able to be sterlised properly between uses.
Each tool comes with instruction leaflet on how to use. Price per one tool. Each tool is made in house from sustainable materials by hand, so please expect some perfect imperfections.
This Poke Tool is re-usable but must be thoroughly sterilised before and after each use. A new needle must (obviously) be used for each tattoo. Thoroughly clean with sterilisation solution between uses (for more info on this please contact us anytime).

However there is no guaranteed safety in tattooing, especially done unprofessionally. We advise customers follow our booklet guidelines for safety and hygiene, but assert that the results and actions of customers are in their own hands and at their own risk. Any persons purchasing or using our products must be over 18 years old. It is illegal to tattoo someone under the age of 18, in purchasing this product, you guarantee that you will not use the product on anyone under the age of 18. Customers agree and understand that in certain states a licence is required to perform tattooing services. Customers will ensure that they comply with any such requirement in the use of this product

POKE TATTOO PACKS and its employees take no responsibility for the 'upkeep' of any items sold once unsealed by the customer. Items/products regarded as sterile are only sterile when unopened/sealed. Though all precautions are taken in concern to sterilisation of tools and materials, POKE TATTOO PACKS and its employees do not guarantee and take no responsibility for providing 100% sterile products. Customers use all products at their own risk. POKE TATTOO PACKS and their employees take no responsibility for injury, illness or damage caused by customers use of any of POKE TATTOO PACKS own products or products they distribute. Risks of Tattooing: I acknowledge and fully understand the danger and risks, both known and unknown involved in the act of tattooing. In purchasing products from POKE TATTOO PACKS, I freely assume responsibility of all risk and danger (known and unknown) involved in this process, including (but not limited to) bodily infection, allergic reaction, permanent bodily markings, and possibility of serious physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, my property, or third partiers associated with the practice. I understand that this pack contains potentially harmful materials including very sharp needles, alcohol wipes and tattoo ink. I understand the potential for risk and danger involved with these materials that are beyond the control and responsibility of POKE TATTOO PACKS. Fully understanding these potential risks and dangers, I irrespectively and freely agree to assume all risks (known and unknown) and release any responsibility from POKE TATTOO PACKS and it's employees for any injury, death, illness or property damages occurred. My purchase and use of these products are purely voluntary and I choose to partake in this activity in spite of the risks.
Responsibilities of the Buyer: I certify that I will have adequate medical insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating in this activity, or else agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I have no medical or physical condition which could interfere with my safety while using this pack, or else I am willing to assume, and bear the costs of, all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition. Release and Indemnification: I hereby voluntarily waive, release, and forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless POKE TATTOO PACKS and its agents and employees for any and all claims, demands, or action that are in any way connected with my use of products purchased from POKE TATTOO PACKS, including any such claims which I, my children, parents, heirs, assigns, personal representative, and estate have or may have that allege negligent acts or omission of POKE TATTOO PACKS. Should POKE TATTOO PACKS or anyone acting on its behalf be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for such fees and costs.
